Dust extraction for automatic kitchen production

Our customer invested in an automatic production line for the manufacture of kitchens.
The production line can produce up to 1,000 finished panels per shift.
With this investment, this kitchen manufacturer has therefore opted for a reliable installation.

To provide this, Typhoon installed a new pressure filter with one high-efficiency fan.
The installation is equipped with a variable flow so that it can work as efficiently as possible.
The entire extraction flow can be blown back into the production hall to ensure no heat loss.
The extracted dust is transported to a container.
This installation provides a capacity of 32,000 m³/h.

Here, dust is extracted from a nesting machine, edge banding machine and various drilling and milling lines.
