Dust extraction for flooring manufacture in Georgia – US

Typhoon has installed numerous installations for dust extraction from milling machines used in the laminate, LVT of SPC flooring production processes.

These filter installations have a big capacity and are suitable for continuous 24-hour operation, processing more than 1.5 tons of dust per hour.
All extracted air can be completely returned to the production hall.

Pipeline work was fully engineered in advance and custom-made to fit the machine.
The separated dust is transported 450 m to a central silo by means of pneumatic conveyor.
