An energy-efficient extraction fan

Discover our latest project with this leading Dutch manufacturer of insulated sectional garage doors and gates. Typhoon has installed an extraction system to optimize the processing machinery for these door and gate components. This system can handle both PU foam and aluminum shavings and has an extraction capacity of 30,000 m³/h.

What makes this project even more sustainable is the use of an energy-efficient extraction fan. Furthermore, the extracted residual product is efficiently treated: it is compressed into bales at the bottom of the filter by a WasteCompactor and then neatly pushed outside.

The installation has been seamlessly integrated with the building by using the same RAL color, ensuring it aesthetically blends perfectly with the surroundings.
