What to do with extracted residual fractions from plastic production?
At Typhoon, we have created an innovative solution! We have installed a complete milling system to resize sawing and milling waste (plastic compound) extracted from our dust filter.
🔧 How does it work?
- The extracted residual fractions are drawn from the processing machines.
- The collected dust is refined to mesh 20 (0.84 mm) using a milling machine.
- Through a pneumatic transport system, the dust is blown into the recycling silo.
- What seemed like waste can now be reused as raw material!
In this way, we ensure that the waste is 100% recycled and used again as raw material in our production process. 🌱♻️
